HCPSS ARL Greenhouse Plant Sale 4/27 - 5/30
The Howard County Public School System’s (HCPSS’) Applications and Research Lab will be open to the public and selling student-grown plants Mondays-Thursdays from 1-4 p.m. between April 27 and May 30 (or until plants sell out). Plants will also be on sale Saturday, May 3 from 9 a.m.-noon.

Bruster’s & Sam’s Pizza Coming to Maple Lawn
Greg shared this photo on Howard County Eats of a Bruster’s coming to the spot behind Hudson Coastal (opening mid-July). There will also be a new pizza spot, according to the site plan listed on Mackenzie Commerical, with a target open date of May 29th according to the Baltimore Sun.
St. Paul’s Lutheran Church VBS
If you’re looking a vacation bible school for your children ages 3 to 12, look no farther than St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Fulton. It runs from July 20 - 24 from 6pm-7:45pm with dinner at 5:15pm. It’s $25 per child for up to two kids, each additional is free. Sign up here!
Kangaroo Kid's Summer Camps
My friend Meredith wanted to share this about her favorite camp - “Kangaroo Kids summer camps are coached by high school and college jumpers who love to share their love of the sport. Campers will be placed in groups based on ability and taught single rope and double dutch skills. My son has been going to camp and taking lessons for the past 3 years and is now on the performance team. Jump rope is an incredibly supportive community and my son has so much fun being with his high school friends. “
