Good morning {{first name | neighbor}}!

🥵 🥶 This Spring has been wild. We’ve had hot days, then freeze warnings, then hot days, and now more milder “normal” temperatures for the season. Fortunately, we’ve only had one “rainy” weekend that postponed a lot of events and this is the weekend they’ve been moved to.

🩷 Last weekend, we went to the Brighton Dam Azalea Garden and it was fantastic. A lot had bloomed but there was still plenty to go, this set of photos by Tom Wheeler on Facebook from Tuesday tells me that if you want to go, it’ll still be beautiful this weekend.

🐉 This weekend is also the Baltimore Kinetic Sculpture Race where contestants build a sculpture, race it through the inner harbor, and then jump into the water. Here’s the schedule and route and it’s produced by, you guessed it, the American Visionary Art Museum.

🔷 Looking to the future, the Blue Angels will be in town in mid-May with a flight rehearsal on May 19th and official demonstration at the U.S. Naval Academy’s graduation on May 20th.

Let’s see what else is on tap!
