HoCo Visitorβs Guide Available π
Youβre not a visitor but the HoCo Visitorβs Guide is still worth reading because you can find some previously undiscovered or forgotten gems. It also includes what will happen for HoCo 250 and includes all the annual festivals and events to expect this year - starts with SpringFest in April and ends with Savage Yuletide in December.
HCPSS Needs National History Day Judges
Howard County Public Schools will be holding itβs 22nd National History Day Competition on March 21 from 8am to 1pm at Guilford Park H.S. and they need judges! If you are available, apply to become one by February 23.

Economic Impact Estimates of National Harbor Sphere
An estimate released by Ernst & Young puts the economic benefit of a Sphere at the National Harbor at about $1.3 billion a year for P.G. County and $1.5 billion a year for Maryland. It would create 3,350 jobs during construction and 7,100 in full and part time jobs for operations. Not bad!
